We are seeking an experienced and creative Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our dynamic interior design and branding studio in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will lead and support hospitality-focused interior design projects from initial concept through final installation, helping create thoughtful, memorable spaces for restaurants, bars, hotels, and lifestyle-driven hospitality concepts.
The ideal candidate has strong hospitality design experience, a refined eye for materials and details, a solid understanding of construction drawing sets, and exceptional skills in coordinating closely with clients, architects, contractors, craftsmen, vendors, and internal team members. This person should be highly organized, creatively driven, technically capable, and comfortable moving between big-picture design thinking and the detailed execution required to bring a space to life.

Primary Responsibilities
Design Development & Project Coordination
- Lead and support hospitality interior design projects for restaurants, bars, hotels, and lifestyle concepts from initial concept through final installation.
- Develop comprehensive design plans, mood boards, finish palettes, furniture plans, elevations, renderings, custom design details, and construction drawing sets.
- Assist in translating brand strategy, storytelling, and client vision into physical spaces that feel ownable, memorable, and appropriate for the hospitality experience.
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects, general contractors, consultants, craftsmen, fabricators, vendors, and internal team members throughout each project phase.
Materials, FF&E & Specification Management
- Source and specify furnishings, fixtures, equipment, finishes, textiles, lighting, materials, hardware, accessories, and decorative elements that align with the project vision, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain finish schedules, furniture schedules, lighting schedules, material boards, specification packages, and vendor documentation.
- Support the design and production of custom furniture, cabinetry, millwork, banquettes, lighting, signage moments, and specialized design features.
- Stay informed on hospitality-specific materials, durability requirements, code considerations, fabrication processes, and construction methods.
Construction Documentation & Technical Design
- Create and support detailed construction drawing sets, including plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, finish plans, furniture plans, millwork details, and custom design elements.
- Work confidently in AutoCAD and related design tools to produce accurate, organized, and professional documentation.
- Review shop drawings, samples, submittals, and vendor drawings for design intent, accuracy, and quality.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and consultants to resolve design details and maintain project alignment.
Client, Vendor & Partner Relations
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and project partners, ensuring clear, thoughtful, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, site walks, vendor meetings, and project check-ins.
- Help manage client expectations, organize next steps, respond to questions, and address concerns with professionalism and care.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, trades, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
Quality Control, Installation & Project Oversight
- Maintain high-quality standards across all project phases through regular coordination, documentation review, and site visits.
- Attend site visits and installation days to review progress, troubleshoot design questions, and ensure work is aligned with the approved design vision.
- Oversee project installations, styling, punch lists, and final details to ensure spaces are completed beautifully and thoughtfully.
- Support coordination for project photoshoots, styling, and final presentation of completed spaces.
Documentation, Marketing & Studio Support
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, proposals, finish schedules, budgets, meeting notes, vendor records, and internal project trackers.
- Contribute to the studio’s social media, marketing, and portfolio efforts by capturing project highlights, behind-the-scenes content, material moments, installation details, and completed work.
- Support studio organization, sample library maintenance, vendor relationships, and internal design resources.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 4–6 years of professional interior design experience, with specific experience in hospitality design including restaurants, bars, hotels, or lifestyle-driven commercial spaces.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is strongly preferred.
- Rendering, 3D modeling, or visualization skills are preferred, including experience with tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of hospitality-specific materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, textiles, construction processes, durability requirements, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to create, read, and coordinate construction drawing sets, elevations, finish schedules, furniture plans, and custom design details.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and moving pieces simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and a collaborative, no-drama approach.

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator to join our dynamic interior design and branding studio in Nashville, TN. This role will lead hospitality-focused branding projects from initial concept through final production, helping create thoughtful, visually compelling brand identities for restaurants, bars, hotels, and lifestyle-driven spaces.
The ideal candidate has strong hospitality branding experience, a refined eye for typography and layout, exceptional illustration and drawing skills, and a solid understanding of print design and production. This person should be fluent in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign — as well as Figma. Experience with Procreate, web design platforms, motion graphics, or other digital design tools is a strong bonus.
This person should be comfortable developing everything from brand concepts and logo systems to menus, signage, packaging, merchandise, websites, and other guest-facing touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead hospitality branding projects for restaurants, bars, hotels, and lifestyle concepts from initial creative direction through final deliverables.
Develop thoughtful, distinctive visual identities including logos, typography systems, color palettes, illustration styles, brand marks, iconography, and supporting graphic elements.
Translate brand strategy, storytelling, and positioning into visual systems that feel ownable, memorable, and appropriate for hospitality environments.
Illustration, Drawing & Custom Graphics
- Create custom illustrations, hand-drawn elements, patterns, icons, mascots, badges, and visual assets that bring personality and originality to each brand.
- Use drawing and illustration as part of the concepting process, whether through sketches, visual studies, rough layouts, or final production-ready artwork.
- Develop unique graphic moments that can live across signage, menus, merchandise, packaging, interiors, social content, and environmental touchpoints.
Print Design & Production
- Design polished, production-ready print materials including menus, business cards, packaging, signage, wayfinding, merchandise graphics, collateral, presentations, and branded guest materials.
- Prepare files for print production with a strong understanding of bleeds, dielines, color modes, paper stocks, finishes, vendor specifications, and production details.
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, sign vendors, and internal team members to ensure final printed pieces are accurate, beautiful, and aligned with the brand vision.
Digital & Web Design
- Develop digital brand assets for websites, social media, email, presentations, and other online platforms.
- Use Figma to create digital layouts, wireframes, website concepts, presentation systems, and collaborative design files when needed.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, or digital brand experiences is a strong bonus.
- Ability to collaborate with developers or web teams to translate visual identity into thoughtful digital experiences is preferred.
Tools & Software
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma for digital design, presentation layouts, web concepts, and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with Procreate or other digital drawing tools is highly valued.
- Familiarity with print production tools, file preparation, packaging templates, signage specifications, and vendor-ready artwork.
- Bonus experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, or basic HTML/CSS.
